While you wait for the tech
- Keep the doors closed on the cooler or freezer to hold whatever cold air is left.
- Note the temperature so the tech knows how far the box has drifted.
- Move critical product to a working cooler or freezer if you have one.
- Do not keep resetting a breaker that trips; a repeatedly tripping unit needs a tech, not another reset.
- Find the make and model if you can; it helps the tech bring the right part.
